Object Study is an intimate exploration of memory, sentiment and emotional connection. The ongoing project delves into the artist’s personal collection of objects, some of which have been gifted by either her close friends or family. Each object holds a narrative which Jessica presents alongside through writing, spoken word or video. This interplay reflects on how seemingly mundane objects can serve as vessels for personal history and be transformed into powerful symbols of love, loss and belonging.
